ABOUT US
The YOUTH LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE was founded with one primary mission -- to address critical issues facing our teen youth. Through our partners and supporters, YLA offers an mentoring curriculum that helps teens understand and cope with today's social challenges.
Board of Directors
 Davidra T. Bazemore, CHSP
Ms. Bazemore serves as the chairperson and CEO for Youth Leadership Alliance and provides the overall vision for the organization. She is a Certified Human Service Professional and has provided mental health as well as child welfare services to adolescents in hospital, residential and juvenile justice placements. She also serves as a review coordinator for the Children's Bureau's federally mandated Child and Family Services and title IV-E Reviews.

 Tony Sidiropoulos
Mr. Sidiropoulos serves as the vice-chairman and oversees operations for Youth Leadership Alliance. He brings over 20 years of business and strategic marketing experience to the organization. Prior to joining YLA, he served as executive director for the Professional Networkers Association. He was also the director of marketing for the Independent Community Bankers of America, where he forged alliances with Operation Hope, Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross. He also served on the financial literacy committees with the Federal Reserve Bank and FDIC.

 Lola Ferguson
Mrs. Ferguson serves as the Board Secretary and Technology Officer for Youth Leadership Alliance. She has over 14 years of technology experience within the Pentagon's Department of Defense (DOD), and oversees a variety of administrative IT management processes. She is also actively involved in her local church and various community outreach programs.
