So why Leadership? This is simple logic. To become a true leader, our teens must first learn to avoid or overcome the negative influences that surround them, and then replace these behaviors with strong leadership skills.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE offers teen groups an enrichment program that addresses key issues facing them today. These sessions begin with Teen Check^TM, a fun and engaging mentoring program that explores morals, values, ethics and camaraderie. Teen Check sessions include assignments, guest speakers, field trips and discussion groups.

During these sessions, we address topics such as;

Honesty
Trust
Self Worth
Health & Physical Fitness
Negative Influences
Self-Esteem
Leadership Skills
Conflict Resolution
Self Awareness
Community Awareness

We seek a preventative approach to address issues such as;

Anger & Violence
Drug & Alcohol Abuse
Depression & Suicide
Teen Pregnancy
